Summary:

We need to transfer a set of employees from one company to a new company mid-year. However, we want to avoid impacting SUI, FUTA, and FICA balances and avoid starting from zero. Does Oracle provide a solution to handle this situation, allowing us to have one legal entity as the successor employer, which can control all limits based on the consolidation amount from different companies for the employee?
