Error in Convert/Quick Convert: Rehired Pending worker to Employee conversion issue

Hello Experts,

We are encountering following error while converting one rehired pending worker to an employee in the pending worker screen under Quick Actions/Create Work Relationship. We have thoroughly validated the details and did not find any unusual or future-dated transactions.

Error: "You need to enter an effective end date that is before the effective end date of the next record. Another record exists with the effective end date of 11/13/2024 12:00 AM."
