Unable to add learning badges post redwood implementation

Hi Team,

We have enabled redwood for talent in one of our lower environment . While doing the testing we found out one issue .

When a learning admin goes to the course/specialization page and tries to add learning badge as an outcomes, We are unable to see the learning badge in the dropdown .

Below is the navigation

My Client Groups» Learning» Courses/specialization page» open any course» General Information section » Talent Profile» click on manage» in "What skills and qualifications does this learning cover?" section » click on add.
