How to collect EBS Item's attributes DFF in Demand Management?

Customer is using EBS, and data is extracted from EBS source instance and loaded into planning cloud to be used in Demand management.

The requirement is to collect custom item attributes (DFFs) set in EBS Inventory and use them in DM tables and analyses using filters.

Please share any reference document links, product limitations (if any) to demo this feature to client.
