Replacing Job Category in Preferences in Talent Community in External Career Site

How can we modify the existing preferences fields in the Talent Community page? For example, instead of "Preferred Job Category", we want it to show "Preferred Job Function" and then show all job functions in the list of values instead of job category/job family values. Thank you.
