PGP encrypted Payment file is missing the signature (file)

Summary:

Hello,

I have setup Payment Transmission Configuration according the Oracle provided instructions. Next to the pgp-encryption key setup I have created our PGP Private Signing key (according the setup in the transmission configuration page).

So encryption key is there, and Signing Key (incl. passphrase) is setup. But when creating a payment file the (detached) signature file is missing. The payment file gets encrypted but not signed.

Any idea what is maybe wrong with this?
