We enabled the Redwood for personal information —> ORA_PER_PERSONAL_INFORMATION_REDWOOD_ENABLED ( contains contact info, Family and emergency contacts, identification info, personal details )

only for the personal details quick action we manually disabled the redwood and left the responsive and it works fine
