Career Site is not updating after I publish

Summary:

After I updated my Jobs page, and I click the Gears to publish the site, I get an error on the bottom of the page. The gears then spin and spin, and the website is not updating. This is on the Jobs page, not the splash (main page).

Any reason why this is happening? I am using the correct template for the career site. Happens in both dev and production site.
