Mandatory Selection for "Additional Recruiter" in Add Collaborator Type

Hi,

We would like to inquire whether it is possible to make the selection of "Additional Recruiter" in the Add Collaborator Type field mandatory when configuring the Hiring Team and Offer Team in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).

Currently, there are instances where Talent Acquisition Specialists (TAS) overlook this step during requisition creation, which can lead to challenges in process compliance and task assignment.

Is there any existing configuration or functionality within ORC that allows us to enforce this as a mandatory step? If not, is there a plan to introduce such a feature in future releases (e.g., 25B or beyond)?
