Reset Ongoing Attempts Only - Impact to Actual Effort

Hello,

We performed the Reset Ongoing Attempts Only action on a SCORM item in the Content Library in Learning. Since performing the reset, the 'Actual Effort' column has not reset to 0 for the majority of Learners. For example, no change to Actual Effort for any of the below Learners. We have over 700 learners in progress that we are attempting to reset since there have been issues with this SCORM file.

I'm wondering if the SCORM activity Actual Effort does not reset to 0 until the learner opens the activity again after the reset?

Reason being is I'm noticing Actual Effort is continuously being reset to 0 for specific users only.
