How to auto-approve Change Assignment workflow for internal promotions already approved as job offer

Summary:

We are rolling out workflow approvals for several actions, change assignment being one of them. We have approvals setup for job offers already. However, when we have an internal employee being promoted or transferred after the job offer is approved, they have to go through another approval for the Change Assignment. We would like to auto approve the employees in this scenario. Does anyone else have this in place?
