How to fetch Step Rate Values in Auto Complete Rule

Hi Everyone

We are working on Auto Complete where we need to fetch the Step Rate Values for the grade assigned to the employee and compare it with employee's current rate when Manager performs Change Salary action on team members. I tried to create rule on When and Why and also on Salary but not able to fetch the Step Rate Values.

Would really appreciate any help/pointers.
