Capture Buddy details on Pending Worker Record

Summary:

We have a requirement to capture Buddy/Preceptor details for Exec level hires on their Pending worker records. This is a necessarily pickup lists with all the active employee to select the buddy.

Could you all please share your insights on the ways to address this requirement?
