Add button not displayed for Add Email & Add Phone even using standard roles

As titled, in Person Information > Communication Methods, Add button not displayed for Add Email & Add Phone, its displayed normally with (Other Communication Account & Order of Preference) , and I'm using standard roles

Any inputs?
