Add an Alternate Email and Phone number during Internal Application even if Work Email exists?

Good day,

We would like to ask if it's possible to add an alternate email or phone number during candidate's internal application?

Currently, it defaults to Work Email even if the Primary Email is already changed. The Alternate Email also only works when there is no Work email.
