Need the candidate status to move to "Inactive" for a custom state

Summary:

We have created a custom state - “Declined by Employer (No Candidate Notification)” to behave like rejected by employer.

We need the candidate status to move to inactive once this state is achieved.

can someone please guide how to set this up?
