Is there any way we can have two run controls for running the cost distributions for the same CO

Summary:

We have cost organization which has more than 200+ Inventory Organization assigned to it. Out of which 180+ org`s are regular Inventory organizations and 20 org`s are asset inventory organizations which are utilized by the Fixed asset activities. Business want to run the costing separately for both these set of organizations separately under a same cost organization. Is there any way we can have two run controls for running the cost distributions for the same cost organization?
