How do I set opening hours for Live Chat in HR Help Desk?
Summary:
We are trying to deploy Live Chat for HR Help Desk (without ODA) but can't find any documentation that talks about how to set opening hours.
The Live Chat service won't be 24/7 so we would need the service to not be available between certain hours.
We would need the Live Chat pop up window to display a message that the Live Chat service was currently unavailable.
