We are rolling our implementation for Demand management for a new org and trying to bring in all the item org combinations within the plan.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We are implementing a new Org, so there is no sales history available. We have the Forecast from the sales team, for 1 year we want to consider the forecast that is provided by the sales team. Since the there is no history, none of the item-org combination is showing in the plan and so we are not able to review the forecast as well. Is there a way to bring these in the plan?
