How the Payroll group be removed from the Termination Reminder notifications

User needs the Payroll group to be removed from the Termination Reminder notifications generated daily while the request is pending approval. If other departments are in this group, they can remain, but the Payroll group must be removed. Please note that this is not the removal of the notification after the last approval (FYI), only the Reminder
