Organization Chart printing

Hello!

Has anyone encountered the issue of when printing the Organization Chart at levels 4 or 5 with file format Spreadsheet

An error will appear, or the file will be blank when it does finally process.

I wasn't sure if this was a Oracle limitation due to the size or is this a bug?
