Promotion approval workflow ruleset erroring out

Summary:

We are on 24D - we have created custom IF condition for triggering the Promotion ruleset when the HR initiates it.

Even though the ruleset gets validated in BPM but it errors out when you trigger the workflow. I have attached the log from approval workflow.

This is the condition we are checking

If requestor has security role Central Office or Casino HR

AND Action Name = Promotion

AND Action Reason Code = SIGA_EXCEPTION_COMPENSATION

AND worker's current location != Bear Claw Casino OR Central office

( ( ( Requestor's Role Details.Role Common Name == "Central Office HR" ) || ( Requestor's Role Details.Role Common Name == "Casino HR" ) )
