How can we update an organization in a job requisition with active job application?

Our organization is facing a big challenge - currently we must update the organization in hundreds of job requisitions with active job applications.

Since this is not possible using HDL, what is the solution/workaround for this?

Any responses with useful comments and experiences would be really helpful.
