Change Learning Course Status from Withdrawn to Active or Complete

Hi Experts,

I need your help with a case where the learning course assigned to an employee is currently in Withdrawn status.

Is there a way to update the status from Withdrawn to Action or Complete Elsewhere?

How can the Withdrawn status be changed?

I tried the Mass Action > Bypass and Complete, but it log file shows the following error:

Learning item type ORA_CLASS is not supported to update AssignmentRecord Number :100207-2025 to status ORA_ASSN_REC_COMPLETE

What are my options?
