Log details are not coming in the Status Processing Rules in oracle fusion HCM

Summary:

Employee is tagged with an element having SPR tagged, and the Log details are not coming in the Status Processing Rules in oracle fusion HCM, after running the Simplified QuickPay Process. Log statement is written using PAY_INTERNAL_LOG_WRITE Function.

We have also enabled the "Logging Category Detailed information that is used for investigating problems" as "GMFZT", however the Logged lines are not coming in the Log files. What could be the issue?
