How can an employee have more then one transaction?

Hi,

The client is making some changes to the position of the employee. However, this person also has a pending working hours change at the same time.

Is it possible to bypass or exclude the working hours adjustment while still making the position change? They always approve working hours changes at a later date, as they are only effective from July 1st, even though the request was submitted in January.

How can we handle this situation if changes need to be made now, but the individuals are still stuck in the Transaction Console?
