Redwood - Fields Not Visible on Main Page of Employment Contracts Page but Visible on Edit Mode

We have made the following fields visible on the Employment Contracts page: Contact Type, Initial Duration, Initial Duration Units, Contract End Date, Contract Duration Type and Legislative DFFs are not visible on the main page but are visible on edit page.
Is this the expected behavior? If not, how can we ensure that these fields are visible on the main Employment Contracts page?
