How can a Employee select option for Protected Veteran in Veteran Self-Identification Status field

Summary:

We have only three options for selecting Veteran Self-Identification Status. This is seeded Lookup we cannot add additional values.

Available three options:

  1. Decline to Self-identify
  2. Not a Protected Veteran
  3. Protected Veteran Declines to Self-Identify

We are looking for an option where the employee can select Yes, I am a Protected Veteran and can Self-identify or something similar.

Does anybody have a similar requirement and any workaround for this?
