Unable to access prerequisite tab on the course page

Summary:

Learning Admin unable to access the prerequisite tab on the course page. Prerequisite at the profile types are enabled. There is an error message coming up when we click on manage skills and qualification. We can add the skills, but prerequisite is not loading. Looking forward for some inputs.
