Shipment for Transfer order release through planning shows Planner name as Customer

Summary:

Shipment for Transfer order release through planning shows Planner name as Customer

We are performing below steps

1. Release a planned Order which converted to Transfer Order
2. Transfer order got created
3. Create Shipment
4. Customer Name on the shipment shows Planner Name.

Is there any way it can be restricted, also it looks in correct as the customer name should be internal Organization.
