Questions on Personalizing My Activity Center

Hello,
I watched the Customer Connect event on My Activity Center and how we can personalize it for employees. I have a few questions I need help with:
- When adding App Tiles, I’d like to include Career and Performance, but it seems they need to be VBS pages. Is that correct? If so, can we create custom App tiles?
- Can we customize what appears under the Quick Actions list? I tried making changes using Structure, but they aren’t reflected. For example, my organization doesn’t use Celebrate, so I removed access in Structure, yet it still appears in
