Add additional values to Results Summary field on Background Checks

Summary:

We have a partner integration for our Background checks. If the results of the background check is yellow, an HR Rep must review the results and determine if the issue is "risk acceptable." The results summary may show as Completed but technically its not complete until the HR Rep has finished their validation. We need a way to track the HR Rep's progress. Is is possible to add more values to the Results Summary field? (eg. Completed-Validated, Completed-Under Review..etc) Can we add another field to the Screening page to track this info?
