Employees updates Disability info via ESS ViewInstanceName & DMLMode is NULL

When Employee updates Disability Info via ESS, below attributes on the transaction are BLANK.
#1 transactionApprovalRequest.ViewInstanceName is NULL not Disabilities
#2 transactionApprovalRequest.DMLMode is NULL
