A record with the value PersonDEO already exists. Enter a unique value when Non worker is hired

Hi Experts!

We are getting the error "A record with the value PersonDEO already exists. Enter a unique value" when Non worker is hired into the system, approvals are getting approved and after a certain while transaction is getting failed with the above message.
