how to uncheck the Position Synchronization data while hiring an employee

Summary:

In CoreHR, I am trying to hire an employee using a position, The moment we select a position, it shows a window with all the synching data where we check or uncheck whichever data we want sync or vice versa.

in the window I see "Derived Standard Working Hours" which is already checked and grayed out, how to enable it to uncheck
