Segregate Jobs and Gigs under Opportunity Marketplace

Summary:

We've requirement to segregate Jobs and Gigs under Opportunity Marketplace. Meaning we need two different security roles, one for people who can only create and manage Jobs, and other for people who can only create and manage Gigs. However, there can be an overlap where someone can be assigned both the roles and they can create and manage both Jobs and Gigs.
