Agents being "Assigned To" a Service Request in HR Help Desk is not being saved

Summary:

Hi Oracle Experts,

When agents are assigned to work on a Service Request and selecting the 'Assigned To' is not getting saved.

I checked the agent is having Resource Role.

I referred few knowledge articles from Support portal (Next Gen Help Desk Request Field Labels Are Stacked In Edge Browser KB45125). Then I asked the agent to select the 'Assigned To' then save his name, it got saved successfully in the first attempt in Edge Browser.

Is this really a browser issue or should I raise an Oracle SR?
