unable to run Helper Tool (24D)

Hi There

My customer environment applied with 24D currently, and we are trying to progress with our Redwood adoption.

I downloaded the 24D version helper tool and proceed with the steps in the guide, but unable to obtain the report after launch the tool.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

The app runs but no output file are received in the working directory and any subfolder.

I have no issue with previous 24C version tool.

Appreciate if anyone could advise about this as this is a blocker to try to retrieve the report to understand the personalisation setup.
