A custom Delivery Option for PAYMENTS is getting stuck at Archive Integration with BI Publisher job

Summary:

We have created a custom Extract Delivery Option for PAYMENTS for sending the ACH file to SFTP server. When the Make EFT Payments flow is submitted it gets stuck at one process Generate Output. In Scheduled Process we can see that the job 'Archive Integration with BI Publisher' is triggered and goes on retrying status and never completes.
