Auto complete rule is throwing an error in Family and Emergency Contact page

The following auto-complete rule is configured in the one of the instances. It works correctly on the "Benefits --> Report a Life Event --> Add a New Contact" page. However, when adding a contact through the "Family and Emergency Contact" page, an error message appears. Please assist us in resolving this issue as soon as possible, as it is affecting the production instance.
