Redwood UX - User is unable to Update Demographic Info - "employeeAgeVerified"&"OffPayrollWorker''

Summary:

Hi!
I’m trying to update Demographic Information in Redwood UX  - specifically fields like Sexual Orientation, Religion, or Ethnicity. However, when I attempt to submit the changes, I receive an error message that says:  ''offPayrollWorker is not in the list of Value'' and employeeAgeVerified is not in the list of value.
I’m unable to save any changes as a result. Could you assist me in resolving this issue?
