PDH Change Order Task Template

Summary:

Users want to select set of tasks that need to be performed for a CO and apply them when the object is created. Currently the CO workflow allows manual addition of tasks or copying of tasks from different CO, but not provides any template for maintaining the lists of tasks, which can be used and tasks can be directly added to the list. By providing this functionality the workflows can be simplified by separating TASK from Change Order execution.
