Document Types and Restrict Settings fields - issue with searches and changes not saving - resolved

In Document Types configuration (Settings and Maintenance > Click Search > Enter Document Types > Click Document Types once populated), there is an issue with roles not saving in the Update and Delete fields. I have included screenshots for reference. Roles do save in the Create field. Is further configuration and/or setup required for these fields to save the added roles? Perhaps a security issue or an SR needs to be logged.

Another observation I have made is that the roles that populate in the Create field do not mirror the searchable roles in the Update and Delete fields. Any suggestions and/or insights into this issue is much appreciated.
