Safety Stock being loaded for item which has Safety Stock as Not planned at PIM level

Summary:

Hi Team,

We are doing Negative test case and found an issue. We changed the safety stock planning method from Safety Stock quantity to Not planned at item level. We ran collections and tried to load the Safety Stock through FBDI for the item that was Not planned. The expectation was that the safety stock should not be loaded. However, Safety stock is still generated for the item even though we have changed the Safety Stock Method= Not Planned. We ran the collections in Targeted mode and then loaded the Safety Stock in Targeted mode.

Please let us know if we missed something or is this the expected behavior.
