fusion global payroll: some users not able to access to results of flows submitted by other users

Want to make output files available for a group of users when a flow is submitted by one of the users in the group.

Have added a privilege "Access Payroll Flow (PAY_ACCESS_PAYROLL_FLOWS)" to the custom role added to these group of users to able to achieve the same.

However while testing the flows with the new changes, we identified 3 of the users from this group are not able to see the output files .

The users that can see the output files of the flows access to them by the QuickActions window / View Payroll Process Results.

But some users with the same role assigned don't have the option View Payroll Process Result in their QuickActions window.
