Category/Subcategory Report "multiple" as a value

We created a report to pull out all Answers by Category and Subcategory including different Categories/Subcategories for the same answer.  We were able to yield the results we needed however now all of a sudden the value shows as multiple and we're not sure why?  What filtering can we use to yield the results we need?
