Document Record (All countries) can be changed after creation to be specific country?

Summary:

Hello Team,

As titled, one created Document Record needs to be updated from All countries to be a Specific country and it has related DFF segments (Whic use system document type Starting with GLB)

I found the below which talks about updated attributes and noticed field country not one of them, but the field is updatable if I click update !
