Document Records Limitation

Hello Everyone,

Do we have any limit on how many documents or total size (of all documents for all employees) that is allowed for a client?

I got below reference document and it says

"There's no such limit imposed for number of attachments. File upload size is limited to the value specified by the protected profile option FND_FILE_UPLOAD_MAX_SIZE. The default value is 2 GB."

Our client is currently using a third party to store employees' documents.

Client wants to know if oracle has any limit per customer on documents size. I raised SR but the support team asked me to raise question here.
