After hiring, I don't see the employee in the redwood pages

Hello community,

After hiring an employee, I can't see him in the redwood pages but only in the old UI (Person management).

I can only see it by launching the HCM Access Control List Initial Ingestion processes.

Would anyone be able to help me?
