Is it possible to update the "Job Requisition Template" with a HSDL?

Summary:

The goal is for all requisitions in the "Automatically Fill Requisition" field to have the value Yes. An attempt has already been made to do this using an autocomplete rule, but it does not work for Job Requisition Templates: position type.

In addition, this field is also intended to be changed in all requisitions templates already created. Therefore, I am investigating whether it is possible to change this value using a HSDL or HDL.
